Raptor Hardware System Status

Status Overview Shows Devices Disconnected

When viewing the Status Overview workspace in the Raptor Hardware Service Manager, the devices (printer, scanner or both) show as not connected.

Restart the Raptor Hardware Service to resolve the issue:

  1. In the lower right corner of your screen, click the Hidden Systems icon to open the system tray.
  2. Right-click the Raptor icon in the system tray and select Restart Hardware Service.
  3. Wait approximately 30 seconds and then open the Raptor Hardware Service Manager and verify that the scanner is connected on the Status Overview workspace.
